Colombia enjoys worldwide recognition for the smoothness and quality of the coffee it produces. At EOS we want to share with our customers the best coffees in our country. For this, we buy coffees from different regions, with unique flavor and aroma profiles, that expose the wonder that is the coffee of this land.
WE ROAST
Freshness is a key factor for coffee quality. In our roastery in Bogotá we roast daily, in small 20 kilo batches. For each coffee we find the ideal roasting curve, to highlight its best attributes.
